Cee Purlin Roll Forming Machine (Flying Punching)
The cee purlin roll forming machine is a set of rollers used to form Cee sections in a single roll space. It mainly consists of a feeding unit, a leveling unit, a flying puncher, a cutting unit, a hydraulic power unit and an automatic control system etc.
With this cee purlin rollformer, you can produce high-straightness purlins that offers impact and compression protection. Those roll-formed purlins can be used to attach sheeted roofs and vertical wall cladding sitting between the sheeting and the industrial or residential building.

4. The C purlin making machine is equipped with 14 rows of rolls for roll forming applications. It is driven by sprocket, chain and cycloidal speed reducer for efficient speed control. The 6-pole 11kW motor is mounted on ourroll former machinery. The production speed varies from 8 to 12 meters per minute.
5. Our raw materials are subjected to flattening and roll forming processes, which enables the finished products to possess a nice exterior.
6. The cee purlin roll forming machine allows for fast, single-sided and external adjustment. It is easy to operate.
7. The semi-automatic equipment allows for automatic switching, automatic metering and cutting. The fully-automatic equipment is computer-controlled to perform automatic punching process at random.
