The foodstuff transfer hose features a negative pressure resistance design. It is applied for the suction and discharging of liquids such as milk, beer, oil, etc. The foodstuff transfer hose is widely used as vent line ( not compressed line) less than 120℃ in food processing and canning workshops, etc. The inner tube is food grade rubber that is free from odors and best fit for food and beverage applications.

Anti-twist, abrasive and microbial resistance, anti-aging seamless rubber.
Steam sterilizing or using detergent under +130℃.

Construction:

Tube: FDA white NBR rubber, oil resistant with smooth inner surface, 100% non-plasticizer (chemical name: phthalate);
Reinforcement: Multiple plies of polyester tire cord;
Cover: Blue NBR rubber, oil resistant, abrasive resistant, weather-proof, anti-aging, and covered with surface texture;
Temperature Range: -30℃~+100℃（Max. 20 minutes in steam temperature <130℃）
Applicable Standards: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600；LFGB standard；GB 31604-2016
