Solid Rotary Die
The solid rotary die is a type of high-precision die cutting tool that is made from high-quality alloy material and processed by precise CNC lathes. As being a standard rotary die, other rotary dies with different functions are all realized based on the solid rotary die. Backed by unique HDS technology, the hardness of this rotary die reaches HRC62.
The solid rotary die is mostly applied for cutting high-rigidity metals and low-carbon steel materials, with zero hurt to the blade. The precision of blade is 0.02mm /-0.01mm and its flat and sharp surface prolongs the service life of rotary die.
