3 Roll Plate Bending Machine, Asymmetrical Type
The W11F series 3 roll asymmetrical plate bending machine is suitable for plates 1-6 mm in thickness, and 1000 to 2500mm wide.
Features:
This roll plate machine has a 3 roller asymmetrical structure. The top and bottom roll are both main drive rolls. The bottom moves in a vertical manner to facilitate plate clamping. The meshing of the top roll gear and the bottom roll gear drives the top roll’s rotation. The lateral roll moves up and down in an inclined straight line to pre-bend and bend plates. The plate bending machine is compact, and easy to operate and maintain.

Note:
After the top and bottom roll clamp on the plate, the interval between the two rolls is the thickness of the plate. When bending a plate, if the two sides overlap, the overlapping sides are interdirected to pass through the two rolls. If the two sides of the bent cylinder are welded together, it is interdirected to execute a repeated rounding or roundness correction on the plate bending machine.

Caution:
1. Don’t operate the machine when mechanical and electrical systems are operating incorrectly.
2. Operators who don’t understand, or are not following operation rules should not be operating the machine.
3. Keep the working area well lit.
4. The drop end device and screw-down devices should work only when the machine is stopped.
5. During the plate bending process, the two steel plate ends are not allowed to overlap. Overlapping leads to machine damage.
In order to ensure complete machine utilization, parts must be replaced after wear and abrasion. A reasonable maintenance schedule and system should be established. The surrounding workplace and equipment should be kept clean.
