Single Layer Press Felts & Double Layer Press Felts
- Huatao single layer press felts and double layer press felts are comprised of base layer and fiber layer. These press felts are generally used in low and medium speed paper machines with speed below 800 m/min, mainly applicable for the production of packing paper, cultural paper, household paper and special paper, etc. With press felts weight ranging from 700 to 1200 gsm, both the single layer press felt and double layer press felt are featured with outstanding flexibility, high corrosion and pressure resistance, good water removal property, long service life, etc.
Laminated Press Felts
- Huatao laminated press felts can be divided into 1 1, 1 2 and 1 1 1 laminated press felts with flexible combination and configuration, including vacuum press, composite press, large roll diameter press and other press types. This laminated press felts are typically designed with speed within range of 300-1000 mpm, pressure resistance up to 1000 kn/m and their felts weight ranging from 1200 to 1900 gsm. Featured with excellent flexibility, high corrosion and pressure resistance, good water removal property and long service life, the laminated press felts are widely applicable for the production of packing paper, cultural paper, special paper, etc.
3D Multi-axial Laminated Press Felts
- Owing to the varied angle between the warp yarn and the weft yarn, Huatao 3D multi-axial laminated press felts are not woven vertical cross, which is exactly different from the conventional 90-degree angle style. Our 3D multi-axial laminated press felts are featured with unique X Y and X Y Z types, which ensure better pressure resistance property, higher operational speed and less energy consumption. This multi-axial laminated press felts are generally designed with speed around 400-1200 mpm and felts weight ranging from 1200 to 2000 gsm. With pressure resistance up to 1200 kn/m, the multi-axial press felts feature stable and compact structure, excellent flexibility, high corrosion and pressure resistance, good water removal property and long service life.
Compared with seamless felts, Huatao seamed press felts are highly suitable for sensitive paper grades. High dewatering efficiency and long service life have contributed to the success of our seamed press felts. Furthermore, a particularly fine loop structure has been developed and the seam zone is further enhanced, which provide high flexibility and easy and safe installation. In addition, this seam press felts are particularly applicable for manufacturing all kinds of packaging paper, printing paper and other types of special paper.
