The fiber laser marking system is designed for engraving and creating permanent marks on both metal and non-metal materials. It features an integrated, compact structure that eliminates optical pollution and offers high conversion efficiency through photoelectric mode. This laser processing equipment includes an adjustable galvanometer scanning head capable of projecting fiber laser power ranging from 20 to 100 watts. Utilizing a solid-state 1064nm fiber laser, it operates with minimal maintenance and zero consumables. It quickly and permanently marks most metals and industrial polymers, making it an ideal choice for various industrial applications.

Marking speed: up to 7000mm/s
Marking depth: ≤1.0mm/≤1.2mm/≤1.5mm/≤2.0mm (mold steel)
Standard marking scope: 180*180mm
Optional marking scope: 100*100mm, 150*150mm, 220*220mm, 300*300mm
Applications
  • Ideal for marking metal materials and certain non-metal materials, especially in areas requiring high precision and smoothness
  • Widely used for marking electronic components, integrated circuits (ICs), electrical circuits, mobile communication devices, kitchen utensils, tool accessories, and precision instruments
  • Applied to marking glasses, watches, computer keyboards, jewelry, automotive parts, plastic buttons, plumbing fittings, sanitary ware, PVC pipes, medical instruments, and packaging containers
  • Suitable for marking electronic and communication products, aerospace components, industrial barcodes, QR codes, various automotive parts, wires and cables, food packaging, jewelry, and tobacco products
Features
  • Our fiber laser markers utilize high quality fiber lasers from Germany and the UK. They offer exceptional beam quality, with a focused spot size of less than 20 micrometers and a divergence angle one-fourth that of traditional diode-pumped lasers. This makes them ideal for precision and fine marking, as well as high-density deep engraving
  • With an electro-optical conversion efficiency of up to 30%, these laser marking systems consume less than 500W of power. This is only a tenth of the energy required by lamp-pumped solid-state laser markers, significantly reducing energy costs
  • The fiber laser markers are designed to be maintenance-free, with no need for adjustments or lens cleaning
  • Using laser diodes as the pump source, our fiber laser markers have an average operational lifetime of up to 100,000 hours, ensuring long-term reliability
  • These laser marking devices can process materials more than three times faster than traditional laser marking machines, boosting productivity and efficiency

FAQs

Exposure of the eyes to laser radiation or diffuse reflections can cause blindness. Avoid exposing skin to laser radiation or diffuse reflections. During operation, be careful not to insert your hands or other body parts into the marking area, as this may cause skin damage such as burns.

Fiber laser markers can engrave most metals, but they are not limited to just metal marking. These machines can also mark plastics, ceramics (such as marble), glass, and silicon. Additionally, they are capable of marking precious materials, including rubies, sapphires, and even valuable diamonds.

Fiber laser marking uses rare elements found in nature to produce a light beam that leaves a permanent mark on materials. This is a non-contact process, and any waste material is vaporized at high temperatures, ensuring that the product is not damaged.
