Features
- Compressor characteristics and components The scroll compressor has great liquid slugging protection. After installing the oil heating device, it can effectively prevent the machine failure caused by insufficient oil-fluorine separation during operation.
- High-efficiency shell and tube/plate evaporator and condenser allow for high heat exchange efficiency.
- Control system With overheating protection and power supply protection, the microcomputer controller adopts wide-temperature electrical components from well-known brands. This enables it to operate reliably at an ambient temperature of-15°C to 65°C. The control system features high levels of automation. In addition, remote control is realized because of RS-232 and RS-485 standard communication interfaces.
- Control method Microcomputer control features:
(1) Water chilling unit controlled by the chilled water return or outlet temperature
(2) When the load reaches the set value of the chilling unit, automatic start or stop will be performed.
(3) LCD display screen
(4) Inlet and return water temperature clearly displayed on the LCD screen, and the compressor's running hours can be set.
