TM250AIndustrial Modular Inverter
For design of TM250A industrial modular inverter, integrateddesign with monitor and static transfer switch are adopted. For monitor, systemstatus in real time can be monitored through LCD and LED panels and all parameters,including voltage, current, frequency and capacity can be observed. Besidesthat, alarm history can be recorded and communication interfaces though RS232or RS485 for PC software monitoring and relay dry contact are provided. As wellas that, AC priority or DC priority working mode can be selected.
Static transfer switch can increase systemavailability and security by automatic transfer. By setting up the priority ofoperation mode, on line mode or standby mode can be chose by users. Under online mode of TM250Aindustrial modular inverter, when inverter fails, the line can switch to ACmain and the transfer time is less than 4ms. For standby mode, the system poweris always connected to AC main and it can switch to inverter within 4ms toprevent power interruption when AC main fails.
The additional integrated manual mechanical bypass, located in the sub rack,can offer system maintenance without interrupting load power. As well as that,MTS is mechanically interlocked with STS to prevent accidental removal of thestatic bypass module. Thus loss of AC voltage at the load could be avoided.
