Fat and Oil Transesterification Reactor
The fat and oil transesterification reactor is mainly matched with the esterification reactor in order to realize sufficient contact of oil, catalyst and methyl alcohol (or glycerin), improve reaction speed and productivity during esterification reaction. When the medium oil passes through the transesterification reactor with certain pressure and flow rate, there will be strong cavitation effect, thus enhancing the mass and heat transfer process. Then the reaction efficiency will be increased while the reaction time will be shortened. This transesterification reactor can solve the problem that the tank reactor needs long reaction time and large energy consumption. It has the following features: high cavitation efficiency, reasonable structure, anti-strong acid, low operating cost etc.
