Coolant ER Steel Sealed Collet
The steel sealed coolant collet is also called an ER coolant sealing collet or steel sealed collet. With rubber seals attached to it, this kind of collet does not require the installation of discs, plugs or other special hardware. Also, coolant is sealed in the collet, therefore, there is no need to worry about the cooling problem of tool holding system and it can run constantly for a long period of time and keep collet chuck from contamination at the same time. The coolant ER collet is interchangeable with ER collet, RD collet, DR collet and ESX collet. It is suggested that a regular nut can be replaced by power coat nut while the installation of the sealed collet because the clamping pressure can be increased to improve the quality of the product.
