1. Drafting System
a. The drafting system is employed with 4 over 4 (3 over 3 type is available) pressure bar drafting arrangement. The position of pressure bar is adjustable for fibers of different materials and lengths.
b. The rubber roller is made from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). With Encapsulation vulcanization technique, it is highly durable and won't get deformed easily.
c. The rollers ensure that the fibers won't get entwined with each other. They are designed to be uniform with a diameter of Φ34mm, and can be used interchangeably. Needle bearings are employed for all of the draft and rubber rollers to meet the high-speed delivery needs. Besides, nozzles are set for the rollers to ensure their smooth running.
d. The drafting system is equipped with spring loaded top roller, the spring of which has been particularly processed with special technique, being able to work for long time without failure.
2. Electric Control System
a. The electrical control system of the draw frame is equipped with imported programmable controller, inverter, and sliver detector. We can specially develop software according to the working features of the draw frame.
b. The main motor employs electromagnetic brake motor.
c. To ensure there is no sliver breakage or other failure at high delivery speed, we have adopted infrared monitor for the draw frame.
d. Operation and control is conducted with an intelligent panel, which is designed with high-performance single-chip microcomputer. On the panel there is the workflow diagram of the draw frame. Users can detect the failures of some principal parts through the panel.
3. Delivery System
a. Fiber delivery is supported with a guide bar, accomplished stably and efficiently.
b. The guide bar is available in height of 1540mm and 1730mm. A photoelectric device is set to stop the machine in case of any fiber failure.
4. Automatic Can Changer
The can changer supported by chain works fast and reliably.
5. Auto Stop Device
This device works to detect each sliver with a photoelectric sensor. The lack of a single fiber will lead to the automatic stop of the draw frame. Under normal conditions, the fibers pass the sensor and the indicator lights. If the fiber falls from the roller, the indicator will be off until we reset or turn off the equipment.
