Automatic Printer Slotter Die Cutter, SMYM(K)-G-A
Characteristics:
1. The control system is a Siemens PLC system. It can save production orders and recall them later to save order changing times, and memorizes the system for easy operation and maintenance.
2. The double servo feeding system features each row of feeding wheels driven by an independent servo motor. The feeding system is highly precise and extremely quiet. Non-feeding rollers in the feeder prevent the corrugated wave from becoming damaged.
3. The printing with a doctor blade system ensures a high printing quality, a quick anilox washing and saves ink.
4. The automatic slotter features computerized control for the box length, width, and height. The motorized control makes each fast and convenient.
5. The die cutter is driven by an independent engine drive controlled by the KEB servo system from Germany. The servo system ensures the die cutting accuracy, as well as controls the surface speed compensation system. The die cylinder shifts when running in order to prolong the service life of the rubber anvil.
6. The gears are made of high quality chrome steel, heat treated and ground to ensure tha stability and precision.
7. The bearings and electrical components all come from internationally known brands in Germany, Taiwan and China.
Feeding Section
1. The double servo feeding system has an independent suction fan. Each row of wheels is driven by an independent servo motor. Once the feeding width is set in the computer, the feeding wheels start synchronously, but stop individually as the sheet moves through the machine and into the second feeding box. This second feeding box is also driven by a servo motor. It starts with the main engine and will keep the speed even throughout the entire printing process. This keeps the feeding rolls from damaging the corrugated wave.
2. The suction volume can be set to comply with different corrugated boards.
3. The dust removal device includes a clean bush to remove dust from the surface of the corrugated board in order to improve the printing quality.
4. The memory system allows production orders to be saved and recalled at a later time for changing.
5. The ink alarm system has a buzzer that sounds when the printing unit has no ink.
Printing Section
1. The printing section has a memory system for easy operation and maintenance. This system can help remember the position of the printing cylinder when operators stop the machine and open it to adjust the printing plate. After the adjustment is finished, and the machine sections are closed, people can use the system to return the printing cylinder to its former position.
2. The printing utilizes a doctor blade system for a high printing quality, quick anilox washing, and save ink.
3. The printing unit has a 7 inch touch screen, and a computer controlled printing register. The printing cylinder is motorized, and programmed to move axially (±5mm).
4. The printing pressure is also computer controlled to adjust to the high precision and easy operation.
5. The mounting plate system saves the plate changing time. The foot switch is used to turn the printing cylinder when mounting a printing plate.
6. The anilox roll lifts up and separates from the printing plate automatically when no sheets are being fed. The roll will also keep running when lifted in order to keep the ink from drying on it.
7. The self-locking and quick speed features of the feeding wheels on the printing unit mean there is no need for screws to be attached to the feeding wheels.
Die Cutting Section
1. An independent engine drive is controlled by the KEB servo system from Germany to ensure the die cutting precision.
2. The surface speed compensation system ensures the rubber anvil cylinder runs at the same speed as the die cylinder after the rubber anvil cylinder’s diameter is decreased after long term use.
3. The die cylinder shifts axially (±42mm) when operating so that the cutting knives cut in different positions on the rubber anvil every time to reduce damage to the anvil.
4. The pre-creasing and creasing pressure are computerized to adjust the height precision and keep the machine easy to operate.
5. A turning tool on the die cutter can repair the rubber anvil’s damages incurred during long term use.
6. The die cutting phase is controlled by a PLC system (both during operation and stop periods), and its settings can be stored in the computer.
7. The die cutting machine features a self-locking function and quickly moving feeding wheels, so there is no need for screws.
8. The die cutting unit not only has a die cutting function, but it also has 4 slotting rings installed on the die roller to make standard boxes.
9. The creaser’s adjustments are computer controlled.
