The addition of force measuring component in the YZI series permanent ground anchor differentiates it from the YZ series. The accuracy of conventional strain gauge can only monitor each anchor whereas the internal force in each strand of the anchor can be inspected with the use of the YZI series permanent ground anchor. Thus, it has higher accuracy and the distribution of the bearing capacity of each anchor unit can be analyzed based on the measurements. The strain gauge is protected under the waterproofing state and this allows the intelligent anchor to possess great accuracy in force measurement and durable. At present, this kind of intelligent anchor can be manufactured at one time in the factory and the overall quality of the anchor is guaranteed.

A: The accuracy of the intelligent anchor measurement measures up to each steel strand.

Q2: How is the measured data observed?
A: Real-time observation can be made via mobile gadgets, computer and so on as the data is transmitted to the device via wireless transmission after on-site measuring.

Q3: How many cable structures can this product built up at most?
A: Using only this model, 5 cables can be built at most where the largest internal diameter of the anchor rod body is 135mm. If you wish to increase the quantity of the cable, please refer to the combination of grouting anchor.

Q4: Is this product environmental friendly?
A: The materials used by the anchor consists of three types which is steel, wrapping layer of the steel strands covered in strong PE and PE. All these materials will not cause negative impact to the environment.

Q5: How well does this product resists to corrosion?
A: It is handled by SSPC—SP5 level anti-corrosive treatment.
