Plain HDF
HDF board, or high-density fiberboard is an engineered wood product made of fibers. It is formed by grinding and hot pressing the submerged wood and combining it with urea-formaldehyde resin or other adhesives.
HDF board is characterized by a smooth surface, soft texture, high strength, uniform density, impact resistance, workability etc. It is fit for indoor and outdoor decoration, and is increasingly used to manufacture furniture, anti-static flooring, wall panels, partitions, and security doors. HDF is also a good packaging material.

Normally, the steps for producing plain HDP are followings: Firstly pulp the wood chips into fiber through the machine, then dry it up, mix it with resin, add some wax according to the actual condition, then form the mixture into a mat shape, after hot pressing and cooling, polish it up and cut it into the desired size. Finally, after the test of our quality inspectors, the products are packaged and transported.
