Our insulin syringes are designed to meet the needs of patients requiring precise and immediate insulin injections. Available in various capacities, they ensure accurate dosage administration. Each syringe is single-use and individually packaged to maintain hygiene and safety. Made from eco-friendly materials, they feature clear, easy-to-read markings and fine needles to reduce discomfort.
Components
Our concentric tip syringes are available in four types, each tailored for specific uses:
- Type 1: Insulin syringe with a fixed needle, individually packaged. Components include an outer sleeve, plunger, piston, needle cover, and needle.
- Type 2: Insulin syringe with a fixed needle and end cap for extra safety. Components include an outer sleeve, plunger, piston, needle cover, needle, and end cap.
- Type 3: Non-6% (Luer) fitting with a non-removable needle, individually packaged for single use. Components include an outer sleeve, plunger, piston, needle seat, needle cover, and needle.
- Type 4: Non-6% (Luer) fitting with a non-removable needle and end cap for added protection. Components include an outer sleeve, plunger, piston, needle seat, needle cover, needle, and end cap.
We use polydimethylsiloxane as a lubricant and UV glue as an adhesive to ensure smooth and safe operation.
Packaging
Our syringes are available in three levels of packaging to ensure optimal protection and convenience:
- Individual packaging: Each syringe is individually packaged using dialysis paper and composite film (PET/PE) heat-sealed packs, or high-pressure PE bags, ensuring sterility and product protection.
- Medium packaging: Multiple individually packaged syringes are grouped together in boxes made from grey base whiteboard paper or fine corrugated materials, providing an additional layer of protection.
- Bulk packaging: Several medium boxes are then packed into large durable corrugated cardboard boxes, offering robust protection during storage and transport.
