Compressor Oil Water Separator Housing
Oil water separators are often seen on refrigeration equipment and compressors, and they need to have quality cast iron housings. Cast iron housings we provide for these compressors are able to withstand both low temperatures and low impacts. We can produce cast iron housings with specifications based on design drawings the customer provides.
To ensure the high performance and high dimensional accuracy, we use a fine machining process, and in the production process, use nodular cast iron as the raw material and a resin sand molding machine as the primary equipment. To prolong the service life, we coat the surface and inner cavity with rust preventative materials, meaning there is no need to frequently change the housing, decreasing equipment costs. In addition, each product goes through a hydraulic bursting test. If it passes and is deemed satisfactory, it is then packaged in air tight boxes with a drying agent. Delivery usually takes about 20 days after a customer places an order.
