Automatic Printer Slotter Die Cutter, SMYKM-G-D
Characteristics:
1. This printer slotter die cutter has a Siemens PLC control system. Production orders can be saved and recalled later to save changing time. It is easy to memorize the system for easy operation and maintenance.
2. The vacuum feeder is stable and accurate. A rubber roll and ceramic roll on the feeder have a high friction rate to ensure transfer stability and accuracy.
3. The printing aspect uses an internationally known brand anilox roll and a rubber roll to ensure the high quality printing.
4. The automatic slotter features computer controls for setting box length, width and height. Production is controlled via a motor, and is fast and convenient.
5. The die cutter utilizes an independent engine drive controlled by a KEB servo system from Germany to ensure the die cutting accuracy. It also features a surface speed compensation system, where the die cylinder shifts when operating in order to prolong the rubber anvil’s service life.
6. Each gear is made of high quality chrome steel, heat treated and ground to ensure the stability and precision.
7. All bearings and electrical components come from internationally known brands based in Taiwan and China, ensuring the automatic printer slotter die cutter runs as smoothly as possible.
Feeding Section
1. The lead edge feeder system increases the suction for a more precise and stable feeding operation. A variable frequency drive controls the vacuum and air pressure. This drive is adjustable to match different sizes of paper board.
2. The feeding rolls are rubber and ceramic (with a low pressure but high friction) and assist in ensuring the transfer stability and precision. The rolls also play a key part in protecting the corrugated board from damage.
3. The dust removal device is comprised of a cleaning brush and suction fan to clean the dust from the surface of the corrugated board to improve the printing quality.
4. The memory system allows users to save and later recall production orders to save changing time.
5. The ink alarm system features a buzzer that sounds when the printing unit lacks ink.
Printing Section
1. The memory system is used for easy operation and maintenance. The system helps remember the position of the printing cylinder when operators stop the machine and open it to adjust the printing plate. After completing the adjustment and reclosing all machine sections, the printing cylinder will return to its former position.
2. A 7 inch touch screen is on the printing unit, and the printing register is computer controlled. The printing cylinder is run by a motor and computer controlled to move in an axial direction by ±5mm.
3. The mounting plate system saves plate changing time. A foot switch is used to turn the printing cylinder when mounting the printing plates.
4. The anilox roll will lift up and separate from the printing plate when sheets are not fed into it. The roll will continue to run when lifted in order to prevent ink from drying on it.
5. A self-locking and quickly moving feed wheel on the printing unit requires no need to attach the wheels using screws.
Slotting Section
1. The slotting section features a single shaft, double knife slotter and a 7 inch touch screen. The box height, length, and width are all controlled by a PLC system and stored in the computer to save later changing time.
2. The up knife, lower knife, pre-creaser, and creaser all move synchronously. The precision liner slideway can ensure the flexibility and stability of movement.
3. The up creaser wheel is covered by a rubber anvil to protect the corrugated board from damage.
4. The flexible corner cutting knife can cut 3, 5 and 7 layer corrugated boards with no need for adjustment. It is easy to operate.
5. The cutting knife is made of high quality alloy steel and is 7mm thick.
6. A hand hole punching device is optional.
Die Cutting Section
1. The die cutting section has an independent engine drive that is controlled by a KEB servo system from Germany to ensure the die cutting precision.
2. The surface speed compensation system ensures the rubber anvil cylinder runs at the same speed as the die cylinder when the rubber anvil cylinder’s diameter has decreased after long term use.
3. The die cylinder shifts in an axial direction (±42mm) when operating so that the cutting knives cut in different locations each time on the rubber anvil to reduce damage to it over time.
4. A turning tool on the die cutter repairs the rubber anvil after damages incurred from long term usage.
5. The die cutting phase is PLC controlled (in both operation and stopping), and can be stored in the computer for later recall.
6. The self-locking and quickly moving feeding wheels do not need to be attached using screws.
