How does the Recycling Plant Work

The collected medical waste will firstly be classified as infectious wastes, pathological wastes, traumatic wastes, pharmaceutical wastes, and chemical wastes, and then sealed and transported to the measuring region by a transmission system. After being weighed, the garbage will be stored temporarily in the warehouse for further disinfection treatment.

Then, the disinfected medical waste will be sent to the pyrolysis furnace for high-temperature catalysis and pyrolysis. With the multi-stage purification treatment of the separators, the mixed gas produced in pyrolysis will be separated into heavy oil group and light oil group. The former one is stored in tank and the later part will go to the cooling system for further processing.

After being condensed in the cooling system, the condensable gas in the light oil group transfers to high-quality fuel oil, and the non-condensable part will enter the gas recovery system through a unique water sealing device developed by ASIA-PACIFIC ENERGY, as fuel for the pyrolysis furnace.

For the gas produced in pyrolysis, ASIA-PACIFIC ENERGY has specially developed a dust removal tower and an industrial waste gas purifier to ensure the released waste gas has reached the national standards.
Finally, apart from the heavy oil, the fuel oil, and the residue, in which we can obtain waste metal with a magnetic separation system, the rest part of the medical waste will be buried in an appropriate way.
