Screen Scroll Centrifuge
The LWL screen scroll centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously working machine with a screw conveyor for continuous solids discharge, and it is used for separating solid-liquid mixtures with solid phase grains ranging from 0.05mm to 10mm in size. This filtering centrifuge is a great partner for food, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and light industries.

Specially Designed Spiral Parts
The worm screen centrifuge can be bucket or cone shaped, and according to actual production needs, its spiral can be adjusted at different angles to regulate discharging speed as well as the time period that filter cakes stay on the screen.
Material Option
For the screen scroll centrifuge, its wet parts can be manufactured from austenitic stainless steel (321, 316L, etc.), Hastelloy, titanium alloy or other corrosion resistant materials.
