Pneumatic actuated butterfly valve is the butterfly valve equipped with pneumatic actuators. Its valve disc is driven to rotate within a 90-degree range and powered by the pneumatic actuator. According to different ways of action, pneumatic actuated butterfly valves can be classified into switch-type and intelligent regulation-type. Specifically, the switch-type pneumatic actuated butterfly valve allows for full opening or closing of the valve, while the intelligent regulation-type is possible to add a valve positioner to the actuator to input corresponding signals, enabling arbitrary adjustment of the butterfly valve disc from 0 to 90 degrees.
