1. This series bridge type coordinate measuring machine is designed using advanced finite element method (FEM) and mathematical modeling approach, ensuring strong structure rigidity, small geometry error, and high precision, performance and stability.
2. Fabricated from high quality granite, three axes (X, Y, Z) come with small coefficient of linear thermal expansion (α=3.0(10-6/K)). With uniform temperature property, they feature excellent stability in temperature, high anti-transmogrification performance and small geometrical error in motion.
3. All three axes employ static pressure air bearing guide ways comprised of self-cleaning, pre-loading and high precision air bearings. That guarantees large bearing span, strong anti-sway performance, small resistance and no abrasion.

5. The Micro series bridge coordinate measuring machine from NANO employs the RENISHAW measurement system with reflective metal strip gratings. It has a close thermal expansion coefficient with most work pieces and thereby assures a remarkable repeatability.
6. Three axes are driven by a state of the art DC servo motor with synchronous gear belt, which guarantees stable motion and precise positioning of the measuring machine.
7. Due to use of 21 geometric error compensation technologies, measuring precision of the bridge CMM is considerably improved.
8. Z-axis is provided with an air cylinder equilibrator system that dramatically increases the positioning accuracy and stability of the axis.
9. High precision filtration system imported from Japan keeps the filtration precision of compressed air at 5µm, thus effectively protecting the starting system from being damaged by bad compressed air quality.
10. Drive mechanism features an integrated construction design, ensuring outstanding rigidity, precision and stability.
11. Based on customers' actual measurement requirements, the bridge coordinate measuring machine can be equipped with RENISHAW touch trigger probe or scanning probe.
12. It uses the RATIONAL DMIS measuring software which is visualized, convenient and intelligent.
13. Laser probe is optional for obtaining point cloud data and completing reverse engineering.
