The hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSC) testing laboratory is recommended by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. The testing equipment is produced according to the NACE’s latest international standards.

1. The SSC test includes constant load stress corrosion testing and the 3 or 4 points bending test. The experimental basis is NACE TM0177-2005.

2. HIC testing is conducted according to NACE TM0284-2003.

To guarantee a complete and accurate experimental environment, Lixin has equipped the laboratories with advanced auxiliary devices complying with the standards above.

This equipment is especially suitable for stress corrosion cracking testing on materials that have been exposed to high pressure and corrosive environments for extended periods.

Our laboratories are divided into 6 different components:
1. The proving ring and its accommodating equipment system
2. The accommodating system for the main gas source and the transmission, distribution, and switching device for the medium gas
3. The collection and purification device for exhaust gases and the collection and treatment system for the residue
