JIMS is the earliest Chinese company to research and develop tungsten carbide tips, and then begin mass production. Through our years of operation, we have worked with numerous internationally known companies to offer tungsten carbide tips, and we also manufacture TBM cutters according to customer drawings or special requirements.
Carbide tips are one of our flagship products, and we carry out the research and development of JK, JCK and other grades. We have more than 200 types available, with an annual production capacity of 200 tons. With the international application of the tunnel boring machine, our tungsten carbide tips have been tested for nearly every geological environment, and feature a better forming length and changing frequency than other similar products. These carbide tips feature an excellent versatility for complex stratum, and as such, we have been the appointed manufacturer of numerous internationally known companies.

Packing and Delivery
Packing Details:
Carton and plywood containers are used for international delivery via air and sea.
Delivery Details:
Delivery is usually done within 3 to 5 days if the tungsten carbide shields are in stock. If they are not, the delivery period is 10 to 20 days, based on order quantity.
