Introduction of L-Serine:
1. Soluble in water and formic acid, L-serine, an organic compound, is in the shape of white crystal or crystalline powder, with a slight sweet taste.
2. As a non-necessary amino acid, L-serine plays an important role in the metabolism of fat, fatty acid and in the muscle growth.
3. It's helpful for generation of immunoglobulin and antibody, so L-serine is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system.
