Blending opener for coir fiber blending and cleaning is mainly used to open coir fiber by tearing apart large chunks of fiber into small chunks or wisp, as well as mixing and cleaning. Then the cotton would be conveyed to next process by blower.

Features

The main frame is welded by 10mm carbon steel plate and steel channel. Otherwise, the main frame receives special handling for reliving the stress totally.

The cylinder of the cotton opener we manufactured adopts pinned stave spike lattice or specially made gear rack, in order to prolong cylinder service life and do little damage to the fiber.

The blower for conveying cotton is high speed centrifugal fan with adjustable air volume.
The feeding process is controlled by PLC, which is easy to operate. Problems like material stuck can be easily solved.
Strong magnetism roller can absorb the metals in fibers effectively, and thus preventing the metals from entering into the equipment and damaging the working roll
