Fiber Opener and Blender Line
This large opening and blending line machine is used to blend batches of raw materials evenly. Large blender can fully blend any amount and any type of fibers, as long as the fibers occupy less than 20m3. Otherwise, the large blender can linked to other equipments for stirring and blending, leading to efficiency improvement.
The flat conveyor and spike apron can satisfy different requirements about the output by frequency control. Because the intermediate feed box is equipped with a sensor which can detect the quantity of cotton in the intermediate feed box and adjust the operating speed automatically. Otherwise, this blender can adjust the cotton feeding amount automatically by utilizing the data sent by the sensor of front end equipment, enabling it one smart blender.
