Ingot Casting Machine
Here is our ingot casting machine that is specially designed for making aluminum ingots. This casting equipment is available in two types, namely 5kg type and 10kg type. Among them, the 5kg casting machine offers a capacity of 900 ingots per hour while the 10kg casting machine can produce 467 ingots an hour. They can meet the requirements of most customers for production capacity. In addition, this aluminum ingot casting system comes in manual and fully automatic ingots stacking methods.
Features
1. After boring and milling process, the mounting holes of casting mold come with higher arrangement precision and coaxiality. This makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the casting molds and other components.
2. The flow distribution plate of upper mold features a trapezoid mouth design that can reduce aluminum splashes in the process of plate cleaning and thereby improve service life.
3. Upper mold table of the casting machine employs a one-piece design of flow guide tube and adapter plate, avoiding aluminizing and ingot surface cracking while at the same time reducing the cost of quick wear parts.
4. Distribution trough features V-shape design, making sure some vulnerable parts such as flow distribution plate will not be damaged during cleaning of aluminum dross and the formation of oxide film will be reduced.
5. The lower mold has received milling process. Because of that, all starting heads can keep at the same horizontal level, thus avoiding aluminum leakage or head being wrapped by aluminum at the beginning of casting.
