Dingsheng jaw crusher isideally suited for crushing of various kinds of medium-hard ores and rocks withcompressive strength less than 320Mpa. Features
1. The movable jaw assembly iscomposed of high quality steel castings and is driven by two big flywheels madeof cast steel. In addition, the heavy eccentric shaft is made using forgingstock. All of this contributes to the durability and reliability of the jawcrusher.
2. The bearing seat adopts integral cast steel structure, which can fit thecrusher frame completely. Meanwhile, the radial strength of the bearing seat isalso greatly increased.
3. The adoption of finite element analysis technique results in our jaw crusherhaving higher strength.
4. The jaw crusher utilizes a wedge type outlet adjustment device, which makesadjustment easier, safer and quicker than using traditional gasket.
5. All of our PE series jaw crushers use eccentric shaft bearings that arebigger and more durable than those of crushers with the same specification. Theirhigher bearing capacity and effective labyrinth seal help greatly prolong thelifespan of the bearings.
6. The newly-adopted tooth-shape guard plate lengthens the effective length ofthe jaw plate, contributing to a higher productivity.
