BRD fully automated single-level roll former is a mechanically powered metalworking tool built for the production of corrugated sheets among other construction materials. Roll formed panels are widely used in industrial workshops, warehouses, residential buildings and commercial premises.

    Features
    1. Baori single-level roll forming machine consists of such parts as the feed unit, drive, rotary roller dies, and the cutting system. The whole process is automatically controlled by a computer.
    2. Optimized design, reliable, field proven performance, easy handling and a high level of automation.
    3. Roll formed products have a cleanly, attractive appearance, coated with lacquer and uniform wood grains. They are high-strength, durable construction materials used by many building project manufacturers.
