Cold Roll Forming Machine
Cold roll forming is a plastic forming process that involves the continuous transverse bending of coiled steel or strip steel into the desired cross section. The steel passes through sets of rolls mounted on consecutive stands, each set performing only an incremental part of the bend, until the desired cross section is obtained.
We provide cold roll forming mills in 3 categories: non-replaceable, interchangeable, and quick changeable matched rolls. Also known as a panel forming machine, the first is relatively basic and inexpensive. The interchangeable forming machine has additional features, and thus, costs more than the panel forming machine, though it is still extremely cost effective. Finally, the third one reduces time and labor, leading to a high production efficiency.

Ordering Instructions
Sectional views and punching figures are indispensable when placing an order. Customers should also clearly tell us the production rate and annul capacity they need. Because we offer three types of cold roll forming mills, customers need to indicate which type they want.
After Sales Service
According to customer requirements, we will send two engineers to help installation after our customers receive the machines they’ve ordered. However, customers must provide technical assistants to help the engineers during installation.
