Different segment variety featuresNo-bag filter segment
The no-bag filter segment features a reasonable structure and a light weight of most often around 15 kg. This no-bag filter segment is also highly rigid with an outstanding sealing performance. It is easy to put together and take apart. There is also no need for it to be covered with a mesh screen, thus improving the reliability of the disc filter and reducing maintenance and labor costs. The filtrate clarity (SS level) is 50ppm, thereby significantly improving the equipment technical performance.
Mesh plug-in structure sector
The mesh plug-in structure sector features an outstanding sealing performance, and is easy to put together or take apart. It is also easy and fast to cover it with a filter cloth. The filtrate clarity (SS level) is 70 ppm.
