Tidal Flap Valve
The tidal flap valve functions as a check valve, and opens and closes under gravity, as well as the pressure difference between inside and outside the door. When used as a water drainage gate, the valve features a powerful water cutoff capability, strong corrosion resistance, and is easy to install.
Tidal flap valves are primarily used to allow water flow out of pipes in wastewater treatment projects, drainage pipes, and vertical shaft covers.

Structural Features
Tidal flap valves allow water to flow out of the pipeline, without allowing anything to flow back. Under the component of the door's gravity in an inclined plane and the pressure difference between the interior and exterior of the door, the valve can open and close in a smooth, efficient manner

Installation Precautions
1. The flap gate can be connected to a flange and embedded.
2. When installing several valves at the same time, please ensure that each valve seat exactly matches the doors,
3. Before installing the flap valve, please check whether the bolt connectors are loose during delivery and fix the loose parts
4. Ensure that the valve seat and the door are on the same plane
5. In case of door deformation, the valve seat and the door should be installed as a whole rather than being mounted separately.
6. The device is welded with reinforcements during the production to make sure the seat and door fit tightly. Therefore, remember to remove the reinforcement from the drainage system so that the valve can open and close smoothly.
