In order to meet the ever-increasing market demands, Bangzhou specially designed and manufactured this type of cut-to-length line for stainless steel in strip widths from 500-1600mm and strip thicknesses from 0.3-3m. This cross-cutting machine provides such functions as trimming, recoiling, leveling and cutting-to-length, appropriate to cut stainless steel sheets and strips for industrial applications and for the aeronautical industry to the desired accurate dimensions.

Q & A 1. How long to deliver, from order time to delivery time? It takes 60 to 70 days. 2. How many containers are required for the whole line? One 40 OT, one 40 GP and one 20 GP 3. What's the length of sheets? The length can be 0-4meters. But customized product is also available. 4. How many workers needed to operate this line? Three workers are totally needed. 5. How about the installation? We will designate professional and highly skilled engineers to provide on-site installation service. We will cover the visa fees of employees. And the customer needs to cover the round tickets and pay USD 80 per day for each worker. The installation of cut-to-length line requires three engineers, including two mechanical engineers and one electrical engineer, for about 20 days. 6. What brand you used for the machine? Usually, we select Chinese famous brands for the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts. But if you have special requirements, we also provide custom service upon request. 7. How is the package? Processing machines will be bare, all rolling components will undergo anti-rust treatment and the other parts will be placed into steel boxes.
