Product Details
The packing system contains the following equipment:
Elevator for conveyance of loading products to the dosing unit.
A vibrating feeder for connecting with equipment further down the line and loading products to the elevator
Dosing unit: multihead weigher, linear weigher, auger filler, or volumetric cup
Support platform for the dosing unit
VFFS packing machine with one set of forming tubes
Output conveyor for loading finished bags to equipment further down the production line
Rotary collection table for manual collection of finished bags
Optional equipment: check weigher, metal detector, X-ray inspector and case packer
