Concrete Air Entrainment Meter

TBTHC-S7L concrete air meter is used to determine the percentage of air contained in a fresh concrete mixture.

The air meter measures the air content of the concrete mixtures with slump. The slump can test the freshly mixed concrete with the aggregate particle size not bigger than 40mm and the air content no more than 10%.

• Can suitable for concrete stength range of c15 ~ c30;
• Capacity: 7000ml /-25ml
• Measuring range: 0~10%
• Aggregate size: less than 40mm
• Testing accuracy: 1%~4% is 0.15%; 5%~7% is 0.2%; 8%~10% is 0.25%
• Pressure gauge range: 0.25mpa with accuracy of 0.00025mps
• Air release mode: manually

Disadvantage: accuracy not so good;

The concrete air entrainment meter can determine the air content of compacted ready-mix concrete.

Each air meter is with a complete set of calibrating cylinder, pressure gauge, funnel, trowel and tamping bar.
