Manure Dryer
The manure dryer is another piece of bio fertilizer equipment. It is designed to dry animal manure and it is suitable for livestock farms, other farms and fertilizer plants. The heat source is determined based on what material it is going to work with. Commonly used sources include gas furnaces, hot blast furnaces, heat transfer fluid, electrical heating and steam.
With multiple models, this animal dung dryer can be used to dehydrate animal manure with a moisture content lower than 65%. As it is highly mechanized, it is both highly efficient and environmentally friendly. It turns bio waste into useful fertilizer, and while it dries the manure, it also sterilizes and deodorizes them. Dryers with different capacities (which vary from model to model) are available for customers to choose from, and the maximum output ranges from 32t/h to 40t/h.

Applications

2. In terms of the application range, the manure dryer can be widely used in the production of construction materials, chemicals, fertilizers, feed, starch residue, corn residue and pomace.
