Sand Pump, ES, ESG Series
Sand pump, also called gravel pump, belongs to slurry pump. Compared to ordinary slurry pump, our product is suitable for larger transfer flow and the slurry with larger particles, applied to river dredging and other industries.
Both ES and ESG series sand pump is horizontal centrifugal pump with single casing structure. More than that, ESG sand pump has high pump head. Because it is mostly used for dredger or other floating facilities, our product adopts single casing, which reduces weight. The discharge direction can be oriented in any direction of 360 degrees, which results in convenient installation. Besides, its flow passage components use hard nickel, high chromium and other wear resistant materials with excellent abrasion resistant performance and long lifespan. By adoption of closed impeller with three blades, its impeller features high efficiency, spacious flowing passage, outstanding cavitation performance, etc.

Advantages
With single casing structure and light pump, our sand pump is so convenient to install on dredging vessels. In addition, the impeller with three blades features wide flow passage and difficult to stoppage.
Scope of Applications
The sand pump is mainly used for successive transport of strong abrasive materials of which the granule is too large to be conveyed by ordinary slurry pump, such as dredging, large particles of sand excavation, mining, metal smelting, explosive residues and so on.
