Major Features of Centrifugal Fan
1. Enameled copper wires contribute to stable properties, noiseless operation and long service life.
2. In this scroll fan, the useful blower guarantees low consumption and large airflow.
3. This type of scroll blower reaches international A-degree energy standards.
4. According to customer’s demands, the centrifugal fan can be matched with 80 and 91 series DC blushless capacitors. (Rated power: 50-400W, rated speed: 1200-1800rpm, air flow: 300-1000 m3/h)
5. Precise machines have been purchased to run series of tests on raw materials, including coordinate measuring instrument, image measuring device, flame retardant tester, etc.
6. High automation is realized by using many automatic processing machines, such as automatic inserting machine, automatic winder, welder, to name a few.
7. As for final inspection, dynamometer, noise testing chamber, air flow testing system, consistent temperature chamber, etc.

2. Produced from qualified stainless steel, the shaft is consistent to rust and possesses high strength.
3. Nylon 66 and AUPO or SET protector have been used for a high level of safety.
4. Noiseless operation is assured by porous bearing and well matched shaft.
