Features
1. The feeding speed is adjustable, with a maximum of 42meters/minute, ensuring a high production efficiency.
2. The sanding head is frequency controlled to meet different sanding requirements.
3. The machine is also equipped with an automatic compensation device. Setting the compensation value is based on the sanding wheel consumption and the real length of the work piece in order to achieve a precise compensation.
4. The top pressures is a multi-section and multi-angle pressure to make workpiece feeding smooth and stable.
5. The side pressure is a wheeled process, which prevents workpiece shaking and banding when processing.
6. The linear profile sanding machine's adjustment is easy. The high production efficiency and excellent sanding performance save human labor and reduces production costs.
