The sintered media metal fiber felt uses a nanoscale metal fiber made through a non-woven treatment, lamination, and high temperature sintering. Multi-layer metal fiber felt features a gradient porous formed by layers of different hole diameters, thus allowing it to offer an extremely high filtering accuracy that keeps out more pollutants when compared to a single layer felt. The sintered media metal fiber felt has a cellular structure with a high porosity and large surface area. This allows it to be an effective solution for easy blockages and high abrasion rates in other metal wire cloths. It also features none of the problems, such as an easy to break powder filtering product, or a small filtering flow, found in other fiber felt types. By using this fiber felt, users do not have to worry about a filter paper or cloth not being high temperature or pressure resistant, thus making it ideal filtering material.
