Stainless Steel Flat Bar
The stainless steel flat bar can be made of 304 type steel or 316 type steel. The material is purchased from a famous Chinese steel company. After years of improvement, our techniques and the product quality have been very mature.
The cross section of the product mainly comes in 50×10mm and 40×6mm, while the length could be up to 5.8m. You can make the choice as per your needs. If you choose the 5.8m type, you can provide more options for your customers, because the stainless steel flat bar can be cut into shorter pieces. Thus you can take fully advantage of your existing stock.
We also provide other sizes of product as your requirements. The laser cutting machine is used for cutting the bar into different sizes. In addition, we can also help you with the hole boring, threading and other works as long as we can handle in our workshops. Thus customers can saving a lot cost for the further processing.
As a decorative steel product, the stainless steel flat bar must be well polished. So we start the quality control from the raw steel selection. The surface of the polished steel bar can be really smooth, even and flawless after being treated with our 800 grit mirror polishing technique. In the production process, the product will be carefully inspected at each step, and any problem will be solved immediately. Any defective item we found is not allowed to be delivered.
After the production, the products will be carefully packed with bubble bags or EPE material. Then they will be cased in a wood box or iron box to avoid the damages.
