HGN66-12 High Voltage Switch Cabinet, Switchgear
XGN66-12 high voltage switch cabinet is fixed switch cabinet, which is suitable for the power receiving and distribution of 3-12kV, 50Hz, single bus, and three-phase AC. It belongs to urban power network equipment. XGN266-12 meets International Electrical Standard IEC60298 and suits for the demand of electricity power markets, urban and rural electricity network renovation, and box-type transformer substation.
HGN66-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switch cabinet is made of C-type and G-type steel and assembled by adapting pieces. Mounting plates and baffle plates are coated by zinc. The cabinet is composed of four small chambers, bus chamber, breaker chamber, relay chamber, and cable chamber. Combinations are flexible.

1. HGN66-12 high voltage switch cabinet is assembling type which doesn’t need welding. Operation is very simple and easy.
2. At the rear of the cabinet, upper part adopts GN30-12 rotary disconnect switch while bottom part adopts GN19-12C disconnect switch. The cabinet is equipped with program-control interlocking apparatus which can provide safety and reliability for operators and equipment.
3. Master switch is integrated structure and can match with ZN63-12 (Vs1-12) breaker and VD4-12 breaker.
4. Interlocking apparatus between master switch, disconnect switch and cabinet door all adopt forced mechanical interlock.
5. HGN66-12 high voltage switch cabinet can be freely matched with ring main units.
6. Large space between cable terminal and ground brings convenience to the installation of cables and its inspection and maintenance. The gap between cable chamber and cable trough is sealed by rubber rings to avoid humidity and incoming of small animals.
