Structural Advantages
1. With an imported 10.4" high resolution interface, it's easy to check the working status of the die cutting press to help troubleshoot any issues right away.
2. Thanks to the safely designed die cutting platen and movable rotation device, installing and replacing plates is easy and convenient. A pneumatic plate locking device firmly locks the plate in position.
3. Detector switches and other electrical components are imported from Japan, France, Germany or Taiwan.
4. With the help of a frequency converter which is made by Schneider, our flatbed die cutting machine runs quickly and stably with low noise and low power consumption.
5. For better control over the unwinding and rewinding tension, a magnetic powder brake and clutch are used.
6. We use high-quality, wear-resistant copper alloy and precision lathes to manufacture the turbine. The crankshaft is constructed from chrome steel and undergoes a high frequency quenching treatment to extend its service life. The oscillating bar is made from nodular iron for strength and durability.
7. The worm gear is constructed of copper alloy so it is resistant to abrasions and special treatments increase its precision and lower its noise level.
8. Manufactured from high quality steel alloy imported from Germany and by precision lathes with a special heat treatment, the worm is has a long service life, won't wear out easily, and is highly precise.
