RTT series extrusion coating and laminating machine is used for coating and laminating of a wide range of substrates such as woven fabric, paper, plastic film and nonwoven fabric using EVA, TPU hot melt adhesive.
Features
- T-die (coater die) with streamlined channels features outstanding mechanical stability.
- Precise temperature control with a PID controller achieves tolerance less than 1℃.
- The whole extrusion die can move forward and backward, upward and downward.
- The extruder and extrusion die features a split design, enabling space saving in the factory.
