Our laminated glass is a compound glass created by sandwiching one or more layers of organic polymer as interlayers between two or more glass sheets. This assembly undergoes a specialized high-temperature pre-compression and high-pressure treatment, permanently bonding the glass and interlayer into a single, robust unit.

Features
  • Safety
Our laminated glass excels in safety. The interlayers effectively absorb impact energy during collisions, minimizing the risk of glass breakage and significantly reducing the potential injury from flying glass cullet. This feature makes our laminated glass ideal for applications where safety is paramount, such as in car windshields, storefronts, and buildings in high-traffic areas.
  • Thermal insulation and soundproofing
The interlayers of our laminated glass provide excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing. Effectively blocking the transmission of heat and sound, the interlays make our glass products perfect for noisy environments and areas with significant temperature fluctuations, such as urban high-rises, residential buildings near highways, and offices requiring privacy.
  • Light transmission
Our laminated glass offers superior light transmission, ensuring a clear, unobstructed view. This enhances indoor lighting, making spaces brighter and more inviting. It’s an excellent choice for windows, facades, and skylights in commercial and residential buildings where natural light is a priority.
  • Aesthetics
The interlayer can be infused with polymer materials of various colors and patterns, catering to diverse design preferences. Our bespoke glass options add an artistic touch to buildings, contributing to their visual appeal. Examples include colored glass panels in modern architecture, patterned glass in interior design, and decorative glass for feature walls.
  • UV Protection
The interlayers effectively block most ultraviolet rays, enabling our laminated glass to safeguard indoor furnishings and curtains from fading. This feature is particularly useful in homes, offices, and museums where preserving the quality of interior decor and artifacts is crucial.
