CCLPEC provides SCADA central control system for LNG, oil and other various fluids loading skids. The SCADA central control system can work with batch controller to automatic implementing of quantitative loading for tank trucks, all the acquired data will be sent to distributed control system (DCS). SCADA system provides centralized management and control of truck loading, weighbridge weighing, billing and invoicing, as well as queuing.
SCADA system usually consists of the following subsystems:
- Access control system: automatic control of entry and exit of vehicles;
- Queuing system: reservation for queuing, avoiding drivers from waiting for a long time;
- Weighing management system: linked to weighbridge, with functions of weighing data integrating and bill printing;
- Central data management system: consists of server, host computer, engineer computer, control panel, PLC control, monitoring software and industrial control configuration software;
- Safety instrument control system;
- Industrial television monitoring system;
Batch Controller
- Batch controller is a local control unit that integrates display screen, IC card reader and keyboard in an explosion-proof enclosure. It can be connected to automatic control instrument, transmitter and static grounding unit to achieve automatic control of loading process.
- CCLPEC offers batch controller specially designed for LNG loading operations, capable of controlling entire loading process, i.e. leakage detection → nitrogen purging → pre-cooling → small volume loading → mass loading → purging, thus accomplishing loading operation with one key. Operator will be guided to perform standardized operation to reduce incorrect operation.
