This resin wheel is available as either a diamond type or CBN type, and is capable of polishing workpieces into a mirror finish. It is used for light guide plates, LED bulb shells, and other photic and electrical products.
Features
- The resin wheel has an excellent polishing effect, ensuring the finished workpiece has a smooth surface.
- The high sharpness will not block the machine during the grinding process.
- A high efficiency and slow wearing will not impact the cost effectiveness.
- With a self-sharpening performance, it features a low friction degree when grinding workpieces, ensuring low heat generated to reduce thermal damage to the workpieces.
- The grinding wheel is featured with elastic-bonded abrasive to adjust to the workpiece surface, which can be used for fine grinding, polishing and other processes.
