The SH3000 electric ascender is an advanced battery-powered rope ascender designed for lifting persons or loads up to 350 kg. This high-capacity ascender is ideal for aerial work operations, high-rise building and power utility maintenance, and extreme outdoor sports. Additionally, it proves invaluable in challenging rescue scenarios such as mine and trench rescues where space and time constraints are critical.
Despite its significant load capacity, this powered ascender retains the core features of our other models. It is powered by a high-capacity ternary lithium battery with a configuration of 13Ah, 48V, capable of lifting 300 kg with a 25A discharge. This enables continuous ascent for up to 30 minutes, covering a distance of 600 meters at a speed of 20 meters per minute without consuming power during descent. To accommodate a wide range of rope diameters, the ascender employs a spring-loaded rope clamping mechanism, compatible with static ropes between 9-14mm as per EN1891A standards.
The rope ascender includes a precise coulomb meter for accurate battery level monitoring, alerting users with a buzzer when the battery is low (around 10%) and switching to a descent-only mode if it falls below 5%. The device also features both overload and overheat protection, ensuring safe operation under various conditions. The wireless remote control operates over a distance of more than 150 meters and includes speed adjustment capabilities, allowing for precise control during operation.
Certified by CE, this model of electric ascender can function in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C, with customization available for operation in extreme conditions from -30°C to 60°C. This makes it a reliable and versatile tool for a variety of demanding environments, from industrial maintenance to emergency rescue operations.
