Rotary Kiln
Rotary kiln is a device used for calcination of loose or pulpy materials such as ceramsite, lime, active lime and cement, etc. Our rotary kiln features sturdy structure, smooth operation and high quality finished product. High efficiency vertical preheater and five-level cyclone preheater are available if required. We also offer customized kilns as well. The rotary kiln is widely used in areas including cement industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, production of refractory materials and chemical materials and paper-making industry.
The rotary kiln is made up with barrel, transmission component, supporting component, supporting device with catch wheels, sealing component for both kiln head and kiln tail.
Transmission component is able to work with either one or two motors. Generally, adjustable-speed motor and DC motor or a single variable-frequency and variable-speed motor are feasible. Both types ensure reliable operation and high energy efficiency.
Designed with spindle structure, the supporting component is fitted with automatic temperature measuring device and electric heater.Catch wheel comes into two types which are mechanical and hydraulic types. Hydraulic catch wheel is equipped with an advanced hydraulic control system. The base plate for barrel tyres can be fixed, variable or floatable. It features simple structure and easy maintenance and replacement. The barrel won’t be damaged when replacing the base plate.
Different sealing devices are made for different-shaped kilns. There are a wide variety of seals on the market, which include end face seal with cylinder compressing, end face seal with spring compressing, heavy-punched graphite block seal, spring graphite block seal, flab labyrinth seal, axial labyrinth seal and combined type among different types mentioned before and commonly used flexible seal. These seals accommodate well to barrel shifting and swinging.
