Because of the high levels of heat involved in the thermal cracking process, steel pipes used for that particular process need to be heat resistant. With a hollow and rectangular cross section, Yunhua's steel pipes can be made using either hot rolling or cold rolling processes. Materials used to construct these steel pipes are primarily carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.

We use only the best steel to build both round and irregularly shaped pipes, including both Grade 10 and 20 carbon steel, 12CrMo and 15CrMo alloy steel, 12Cr2Mo and 15Cr5Mo heat resistant steel, as well as 1Cr18N19 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

Our steel pipes not only meet industry standards for chemical and physical performance, but they also undergo hydrostatic, flattening, and expansion tests. They also undergo surface finish quality inspection and tube defect inspection to ensure the quality.
